We make story-driven games, and
right now we are making exactly one of them.

We are going to be quiet more often than not. Development takes a long time and
most of it is not interesting to watch. What we can promise is that when we do
say something, it will be true and it will be specific.

How to follow along

Everything we publish goes to this page and to our RSS feed at the
same time. There is no newsletter yet, no notification bell, and no algorithm
deciding whether you see it. Point a reader at the feed and you have the whole
thing.

More soon.

Here is the shape of it, and what we are not doing.

Our first project is code-named Genesis. It is a zombie story adventure —
a narrative game set after an outbreak, about the people who are still moving
and the reasons they are still moving.

What it is

A single, continuous story. One region, one journey, hand-authored encounters.
Survival mechanics exist because the story needs pressure, not because the genre
expects a hunger bar.

What it is not

It is not an open world. It is not a live-service game. There is no multiplayer
mode, no season pass, and no roadmap of content drops. It is a game with a
beginning and an end.

When

No date. Genesis is early enough that any date we gave you today would be a
guess, and we would rather not start our relationship with you that way.

Follow the development updates or subscribe to the
RSS feed and you will hear about it when there is something to hear
about.
